Caring Meals Annual
Report for June 2024

At the conclusion of the 6th year that the Caring Meals Team has prepared once monthly meals, delivered these, and visited with our members recovering from illness/surgery or who are homebound, we would like to thank our church family for the continued monetary support of these efforts. From June 2023 – May 2024, we prepared 146 meals and made 89 deliveries/visits with members of our church family.

Our dedicated Caring Meals Team consists of Sherri Gill, Susan Sadler, Mary Lou Bowen, Sarah Perez, and MN Saunders. Also a part of the team with their contributions of homemade desserts and rolls are Emma Jean Brady and Hunter Jones. Their generosity make the meals extra special! The CM Team welcomes the recent addition of Rita & Danny Belott who are already preparing delicious dishes, and we look forward to hav-ing them as a part of our group in the coming year. Teresa Vedder has been a team member over the last year and recently moved to be closer to her family. We miss her culinary skills and smiling face! We appreciate the support of Benn’s as we continue this ministry for members of our church family. We are blessed by this program, and we pray that our recipients are also!
